This is the largest, privately owned and self-supported zoo in the
country. Five designated trails wind through this 125-acre zoo,

Superstition Mountains
Traveling up the Superstition Highway through Tempe, Mesa and eventually
Apache Junction you will come upon the massive Superstition Mountain
heaves. Supposedly the mountains are home to the Lost Dutchman Mine,

Visit this remarkable home built by one of the 20th century's greatest
architects, Frank Lloyd Wright. The home was built by him and his
apprentices from desert materials. This home is located on 600 acres
in the rugged Sonoran desert and is a National Historic Landmark.
